COABE Conference Session - Approaches That Work for Teaching the Skills That Matter

Event Type: Online Login Access

Event Date: Tuesday, June 30, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM ET

The Teaching Skills That Matter in Adult Education (TSTM) project, funded by OCTAE, promotes three instructional approaches that support our learners’ success. Project-based and problem-based learning and contextualized instruction integrate the development of basic academic skills alongside essential skills through relevant, meaningful content. Come observe these approaches in action within the five content areas of the TSTM toolkit and reflect on implications for your practice.

You must be registered with the COABE Virtual Conference to attend sessions. Visit the COABE website for more information.
