Research shows that instructional coaching has great potential to enhance instruction. Teaching Skills that Matter – a national initiative to promote the teaching of critical skills in adult education - has integrated instructional coaching into its overall approach. Presenters will highlight key principles of coaching and share lessons learned. Participants will gain useful insights into coaching as well as practical coaching tools and strategies to help improve learner outcomes.
