We are pleased to announce that the following six states have been selected to participate in OCTAE’s Integrated Education and Training (IET) in Corrections pilot:
- Indiana
- Maryland
- Minnesota
- Mississippi
- Texas
- West Virginia
These states and their local correctional education partners will receive intensive technical assistance from May 2021–2022 to develop or enhance IET programs in prisons and jails. Lessons learned and best practices from the pilot will summarized in an IET in corrections manual to be released in late 2022.
