Celebrating Inclusion in the Business Community: Ruderman Best in Business Award

The Ruderman Family Foundation (RFF) believes that inclusion and understanding of all people is essential to a fair and flourishing community.

RFF supports effective programs, innovative partnerships and a dynamic approach to philanthropy in advocating for and advancing the inclusion of people with disabilities.  For the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), former Senior Program Officer Beth Zwick wrote about the Foundation’s origins and mission.

The 2016 nominations for the Ruderman Best in Business Award are now being accepted online.  Use this link to complete a short questionnaire to nominate business employers (for profit businesses only) in North America who hire, train and support people with disabilities.  The winners will be announced in September 2016.  Past winners include national, regional and local businesses across the U.S.
