Last year, DePaul's staffing division employed 2,400 job seekers with disabilities and other barriers. With its recent formation of PurposeSTAFF, DePaul is seeking to expand nationally and create work opportunities for many times that number.
Ideally, DePaul plans to grow through joint ventures or licensing arrangements with other alternative staffing organizations, Ability One suppliers and other entrepreneurial partners.
