The latest publication from the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) is a new report, Time for the U.S. to Reskill? What the Survey of Adult Skills Says, which documents the perilously low literacy rates of U.S. adults. The OECD recommends that learning options be opened up, including by developing basic skills in practical contexts. As a research-based example, the report cited our seminal work on curriculum integration. The NRCCTE provided the only secondary-level research-based intervention cited in the report. Does anyone know of a link where to download a copy of the complete report without having to pay for it or be subscrber/member? I was able to select the chapters to "read online" and print out individual chapters that way, but it was cumbersome to do, and the printed copy had chopped up text with half-pages blank in between. It was not easy to read.
