The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) has developed a training curriculum which provides an overview of the joint guidance issued in Technical Assistance Circulars (TAC) 17-01 and 17-04. This curriculum contains seven independent modules that provide information on the key terms outlined in section 116 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) as well as the six performance accountability indicators.
