Last Wednesday, the California Department of Public Health released new guidelines and recommendations with suggestions about how to lower exposure to cell phone radiation. So what does this information really mean? Have you been following the conversation in the news? 

What percent of adult ed students in your classes have smart phones?

On April 24th, David Rosen posted on a UNESCO study which says cell phones can help to improve literacy.  You can read his post here https://community.lincs.ed.gov/discussion/unesco-study-says-cell-phones-can-help-improve-literacy.  The UNESCO Study was looking at the use of cell phones in other countries, but what about how we use cell phones in the US?
