Integrated Education & Training Programs -- free NCTN Webinars

Season's Greetings!

As implementation of WIOA moves forward, Integrated Education & Training (IET) has become a big topic of conversation.  The National College Transition Network (NCTN) has developed a free webinar series on the topic.  Two have already occurred and are archived on the NCTN website (IET in Rural Settings and IET within ESL); the third webinar is upcoming in January (Tested Strategies and New Endeavors).  See links below to access webinars and resources.

NAEPDC, CLASP, COABE Seeking Input on IET Programs

The National Adult Education Professional Development Consortium (NAEPDC), CLASP, the Center for Law and Social Policy, and the Commission on Adult Basic Education (COABE) have teamed up to find examples of how states and local areas are implementing the integrated education and training (IET) model in the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, including how IET is provided under the Integrated Education and Training English Literacy and Civics program.
