Discussion: USCIS Citizenship & Integration Grant - 2016

USCIS is accepting applications for two competitive funding opportunities under the Citizenship and Integration Grant Program. Both funding opportunities aim to prepare permanent residents for naturalization and promote civic integration through increased knowledge of English, U.S. history and civics. Through these two funding opportunities, USCIS will offer up to $10 million in competitive funding for citizenship preparation programs in communities across the country.

Today, we would like to show the general requirements for the naturalization process, define adult citizenship education, and describe the naturalization test. This should provide a helpful overview for our discussion during the week.
