Regarding blended learning I've observed that adult basic skills (including ESOL/ESL, and Adult Secondary Education and Transition) teachers fall into one of these four groups or categories:

1) They don't use any form of blended learning.

2) Their students use a commercial/proprietary learning management system or content management system.
