New Policy to Performance Resources Available

Good afternoon!

A new report and toolkit from OVAE's Policy to Performance initiative are now available in the LINCS Resource Collection.  These valuable resources include information on strategies used in implementing ABE transition policies and services, descriptions of models used by states in developing transition-to-postsecondary systems, and examples of how states implemented these systems.  Descriptions and links to the resources are included below.
