Hello colleagues, I'm wondering if anyone could offer a link to an online resource that accurately compares and contrasts the GED®, TASC and HiSET?
Many thanks,

Hi Susan,
Thanks for asking. GED Testing Service offers this competitive matrix on our website. (As I skim it, I see that it needs a bit of an update already.)
I hope this helps!

Hello,
The Education Commissions of the States (ECS) released a report comparing all three HSE exams in July 2015. http://www.ecs.org/clearinghouse/01/20/38/12038.pdf Some items I've identified that need updating regarding HiSET include the subtest fee now being $10/subtest instead of $15. Additionally, changes to the states that have adopted 2 or all 3 of the HSE exams.
HiSET and GED - add Hawaii
HiSET, GED and TASC - add Colorado, Illinois, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Texas
Thanks,
Sara
Susan,
I don't know if this is what you were looking for, but I created this comparison between the GED and the HiSET. (Prices are for PA.) https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uekaxdHo7tooM6kC-ai5TLGIml1FJymqBClsr09MZTU/edit
I would love to see a comparative study. I would especially like to see if there are any differences in hiring or in college placement for students who passed the different tests. I am also interested to see if students who pass with higher scores have better outcomes.
If anyone notices mistakes or missing information on the chart, please let me know!
Rachel
Thanks for the information, everyone. I know many of us are interested in the answers to Rachel's questions. Do programs or states have this kind of data to share yet?

I just ran into this series of charts comparing the three tests on the New Readers Press website: http://www.proliteracy.org/Downloads/ProLiteracy_hsetestcomparison.pdf
It has some more information than I was able to include in my overview.
