My ABE student has cognitive issues as well as head injury sequelae. We have been using Sandra Day O'Connor's wonderful website "iCivics" and the result is incredible. This year, for the first time, she understood ALL the offices on the ballot and was able to cast her first informed vote. I recommend icivics.org without reservation.
