Introductions: Getting to know our community members

Colleagues,

We've had some new members join our group in the last few months and I wanted to create an informal space for us to get to know one another. I am asking for brief introductions - what's one thing you would like to share?

Here are some ideas:

Professionally:

  • What is your role(s) in adult education?
  • What brought you to this community? (an event, a specific topic, or the community's purpose?
  • What you are hoping to get from being a member of this community?

Personally:

  • Do you have any hobbies?
  • What was the last book you read?
  • Where is the last place you've traveled?

I'm looking forward to getting to know each of you!

Sincerely,
Kathy Tracey

Thanks for the introduction Xavier. I love young adult literature and will add Ghost Boys to my summer reading list. Here are a few more LINCS posts with references to YA and other great suggestions for reading.
