Refurbished computers for low-income families

Below is a list of resources that can be used to provide free or low cost refurbished computers to low-income families in an adult education setting: ESL, GED, Citizenship, etc. Or at least these are good resources for information on "How To". Partnerships could also be formed with agencies like Goodwill Industries. And grants are available for "Bridging the Digital Divide".
