Adult Literacy XPRIZE Panel Discussion taking place in LINCS this week

Colleagues,

I invite you to join an exciting asynchronous panel discussion that began yesterday in the LINCS Integrating Technology and Program Management groups, and will continue through Friday. https://community.lincs.ed.gov/discussion/adult-literacy-xprize-apps-discussion#comment-22692

The panelists include the director of the Adult Literacy XPRIZE (ALXP), Dr. Shlomy Kattan, and representatives of five of the eight ALXP semi-finalist teams. Yesterday, Shlomy Kattan introduced himself and described the ALXP.  Then team introductions began. Today introductions have continued. On both days, I have asked panelists questions about the ALXP, and the upcoming Communities Competition that LINCS members may want to know about, and about the apps themselves. LINCS community members have also begun asking panelists their questions. Please consider joining us for this unusual opportunity to talk directly with adult literacy (including ESL/ESOL) app developers about their products, the development of an app, how their apps are being used with adult basic skills (including ESL/ESOL) learners, or whatever you would like to know. I look forward to your participation.
