The article highlights several policy recommendations from the recently released OEDC report, "Time for the US to Reskill? What the Survey of Adult Skills Says" (2013). The article notes that the report's primary recommendations are "to improve basic skills, literacy, numeracy, and problem solving as well as tackle inequalities affecting particular subpopulations in the United States".
