Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection reentry financial education training and technical assistance opportunity - Letters of Interest due October 26

For the past four years, the Bureau’s Office of Community Affairs (formerly the Office of Financial Empowerment) has supported organizations – including those working with individuals pre- and post-release from incarceration -  committed to helping people manage their money and work toward their goals using a suite of financial empowerment tools called Your Money, Your Goals and its Focus on Reentry companion guide. Members of the Your Money, Your Goals 2019 cohort will receive training, materials, and technical assistance, including support to develop and execute their Your Money, Your Goals implementation plans.  If your organization serves economically vulnerable populations and you are interested in gaining more intensive support for your consumer financial empowerment efforts, you can apply by submitting a letter of interest by October 26 for the Your Money, Your Goals 2019.
