Hi, David

I love those images and would like to use them at South Texas college for an upcoming workshop next week. I'm having a bit of trouble getting to earlier posts on the LINCs site.  Any chance you might post the link you had mentioned that lets us get to the images?

Oh, and do you mind if we use them?  I want, of course, to give credit.  What's a good way of referencing the source for these images

Best

Hello Heide and others,

The web address for the three winning career pathways images is http://home.comcast.net/~djrosen/litlist/Career_Pathways_Graphics.html

I have email addresses for the artists of the first two images. The artist of the third image was at the time a GED student and I was told that he has gone on to do a graphic arts degree program at a Massachusetts college. I may not have his email or address, I will email the first two artists and ask if they would mind if others use the images, without needing to request permission, for not-for-profit educational purposes.

Hello Heide and others,

I have made contact with the artists of Career Pathways Images 1 and 2. Educators of not-for-profit organizations have been given permission to use these images for educational purposes provided they credit the artists.

Credit tag lines:

Image 2: "Illustration by Amber Bonogofsky, Digital Marketing Specialist at Wonderlic . www.wonderlic.com ,  www.amberbonogofsky.com"

For Image 3, If I find the former GED student who made it, and get permission I'll edit this message and add his credit information.

These images are great - thanks for sharing. I do think that a form of experiential work or the opportunity to learn work skills on the job while earning a paycheck is missing from some of these graphics. Our work at the National Transitional Jobs Network suggests that Transitional Jobs programs coupled with contextualizedadult instruction can lead to signficant wage and learning gains for individuals. I am fond of this image I found in a recent Center for Law & Social Policy brief:
