COABE2013 Handouts

Colleagues,

As the saying goes, the job isn't over until the paperwork is done. It would be great if all the technology presenters could send their slides and digital handouts to the COABE2013 Repositiorywebsite, http://www.coabe.org/html/resourcerepository.html

Handouts from the presentation I did on free video instruction web sites will be found in the Repository description below:

21st Century Skills: Free Instructional Web Sites

We will look at and discuss how to use web sites that offer free, video-based instruction for adult learners, teachers and tutors in areas such as technology (basic use of a computer and the web, and for finding information); math, science, and social studies; adult education professional development (ESOL/ESL, ABE, ASE/GED) and computer-assisted Instruction. We will also discuss how to incorporate free online video instruction into a curriculum. The session is intended for adult education teachers, technology coordinators, administrators, and professional development providers.
