An easy way for teachers to track which students have received a bus pass for the day so students who are enrolled in multiple classes don't receive extra tickets

Hello Integrating Technology Colleagues,

Rachel Donelson posted the message below in the Program Management group. I am cross posting it here to see if any members of the Integrating Technology group might have solutions for her.If so, I'll see that she gets them.

We've been awarded some funding to give bus passes to students who are enrolled in grant-funded classes.  We hope this will remove a barrier for students with transportation challenges- and lead to increased retention.  We'd like our teachers to be able to give students these bus passes at the end of class- but we need an easy way for them to track which students have received a pass for the day so students who are enrolled in multiple classes don't receive extra tickets.  A spreadsheet seems cumbersome.  I thought a stamp might work- but adult learners might react badly to it.  Have you guys found any tools that are useful for tracking this kind of thing?
