The Employment Technology Fund Launch

Recently, the 2017 Close It Summit was held in Chicago.  One of the sessions, The Employment Technology Fund Launch: An Introduction And Discussion, highlighted an investment in high impact, scalable technology solutions that help individuals find a path to employment and improve their earnings potential. The technology solutions span learning and training, mentoring and support, career assessment and job search, matching and placement.

This session focused on how four leading foundations joined together to create an investment vehicle that supports organizations looking to scale Innovative Employment Technologies. The presentation highlights the potential of technology in scaling workforce development efforts and lay the groundwork for future collaborations in the field.  Below is a list of the speakers collaborating on this presentation.
