Feedback on mock job interviews

Hello Colleagues, If you prepare adult learners for work and include job interviewing as part of the curriculum, how do you structure job interview lessons? If you include mock interviews, how do you assess students and provide them with helpful feedback?

I've sometimes used this YouTube video in my job interview lessons http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fY7ckMp5iZ4. Part of our lesson includes working together to generate a list of good and poor interview behaviors.

I also like to invite fluent English speakers who do not know the students in my class to conduct the mock interviews. Using smart phones, it is easy to video record interviews for later viewing and feedback, too.

It would be great to hear what tools teachers are using to prepare students for job interviews and how you provide useful feedback. Does anyone have a checklist or a rubric they could share?

Hello everyone, Here's a rubric shared with me by a colleague. Students in his higher level ESL class developed this rubric for guiding and assessing their mock job interviews. How would you go about engaging students to design their own rubric for such a purpose?
