Lessons on flashdrive for phones and computers

It is now possible to upload lessons to a flash drive that can be inserted into a phone and a laptop or computer. The one I use has 32 gigs which is twice the memory of my laptop. In addition I still use an old Windows XL computer with a big monitor. I bought it at a second hand store for $25. So basically any course or series of lessons can be developed by any teacher and uploaded to a flash drive to be used by any student anywhere, anytime!  And if students need to learn how to access a computer all we need to do is open up Drop-In centers at libraries, community centers and adult education schools so that people who are working and have families and don't have much time to attend classes can learn the basics of technology and study on their own time.
