LINCS PD Center at COABE National Conference

From April 2-5, 2017, the LINCS Professional Development (PD) Center will host training and workshop sessions at the 2017 Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE) National Conference in Orlando, Florida. The sessions will be useful to educators, program administrators, and adult education practitioners – some sessions will be led by Community moderators (come say hello!). Information on all the LINCS PD Center sessions taking place at COABE (including a train-the-trainer session on the ESLPro suite of resources) is accessible through the hyperlinks below.

Here's some detail on the COABE 2017 session, "Rebooting Your Digital Strategy: A Guided Tour for Education Practitioners".

I am the Lead Presenter for this LINCS-sponsored session, to be held in Orlando on Wednesday, April 5th 11:15am - 12:30pm in Coronado B. It will provide tips and tricks for helping your program and students take advantage of national developments in digital literacy and access. We will watch demos of helpful resources, review useful websites, and discover new tools to help you. your teaching colleagues, tutors, and students get “connected”!  Bring your own device (BYOD) for a hands-on experience.
