Have you used the LINCS Learner Center? This relatively new and growing resource targets LEARNERS!

Go to https://learner.lincs.ed.gov/ . Select one item that you have used or will use with one or more adult learners. If you have used the resource, tell us about your experience. If you haven’t, share your views on how you plan to use the activity or concept with learners.

One of my favorite sections is the Learn to Read, which has great content written at different levels. For example, I picked the topic of Money and selected Easy: http://csal.gsu.edu/content/easier-money . The topics relate to real life and allow learners to listen to the passage as they read. What's your example?

I like the financial literacy resources under the Math section, especially the Consumer.gov site. Has good information written at a level that is not too difficult.
