Making Skills Everyone's Business

As was recently announced, the Office of Career, Technical and Adult Education has released its report, Making Skills Everyone's Business.  This document provides a framework for making adult skill development more available and accessible, and highlights the need for 'upskilling' America's workforce to meet the challenges of 21st Century skills. The report notes that,"...there is pent-up demand for education and training among low-skilled adults..." (p.7)
