It's "official" -- there was a twitter contest for the "#WorkWonders" initiative that Microsoft is doing, and I submitted a picture from http://www.resourceroom.net/mec/ (the "wholes and parts and areas" lesson I happened to be working on when I found out about the contest on Twitter) and mine was picked for the winner! (I don't think there were many entries; there was a 1-week window...)
Sigh, it will be 6-8 weeks before delivery ... but this is not the first time that Paying Attention On THe INternet has paid off. I also have no idea whether this is anything more than an effort to unload the "2" computers because they've come out with 3... or if they'll want to see more of what I did Powerpoint...
