OCTAE just launched Power in Numbers: Advancing Math for Adult Learners, a new initiative to help adult learners receive the higher-level math skills they will need to succeed in the real world. Power in Numbers is teaming up with teachers and other experts to curate high-quality open educational resources (OER) that adult ed instructors across the country can access for free.
Want to get involved? We need teachers like you!
We invite you to participate in a professional development opportunity to help curate high-quality, free adult math resources. Over the course of 10 weeks, participants will identify, evaluate, and review adult math OER in their own classrooms. This effort will build upon the existing library of standards-aligned, accessible, and free resources to sharpen the skills of adult instructors and the students they serve.
