A fellow professional development specialist who does more speaking work than I do just emailed me: "Do you have a sample contract that you use for speaking engagements? I ran into an issue where someone was recording my work and posting it on social media without attribution (they literally cut my intro off). I'm looking for some sample contracts before I pay a lawyer an absurd amount of money to draft one for me."
