QOTD: What can we do to better engage you and your colleagues in the MSCCA CoP?

Hello MSCCA members!

Today I am hoping to generate a discussion around how I, as moderator for this CoP, can better foster discussion and engagement with you all. As members of the CoP what do you all find to be most beneficial about being apart of the group? How can the group be improved? Are there any barriers or challenges to engagement related to the MSCCA CoP or the LINCS platform in general? Are there any additional thoughts that you have that can improve your overall experience and engagement with the CoP? As members of the CoP what do you all find to be most beneficial about being apart of the group?

  • Getting your announcements and institutional opportunities.

How can the group be improved?

  • Highlight various two-year MSIs.  Consider rotating among the various MSI types.  Maybe on the first and third week of the month, an MSI shares program features and best practices. 
  • Heck I would love best practices in general on themes that's universal to all MSIs.

Are there any barriers or challenges to engagement related to the MSCCA CoP or the LINCS platform in general?

Are there any additional thoughts that you have that can improve your overall experience and engagement with the CoP?
