We are fast moving toward holiday seasons, winter, and mid-year program evaluations. While we are often increadibly busy, this time of year is perfect for reflection. What's working? What needs improvement? I'd like to start a discussion on the issues we face and offer ideas and solutions to our peers. Consider the following questions:
- What are the changes you are experiencing in your program? Your student population?
- What pressing issues could impact student or program outcomes?
- What supports (resources, professional development, technology tools) do teachers and administrators need to be successful?
