I had a colleague send me a link to the webpage article, "The Science of ‘Game of Thrones’: 10 Surprising Facts Behind the Fantasy." I have not had the opportunity to watch this series but I have heard many of my adult learners discussing it. Since we are always trying to help our students engage in scientific inquiry, this might be a great way to connect Game of Thrones to science. Are any of the community members, active watchers of Game of Thrones? Do you think this is a great way to help our learners develop a critical eye for the scientific phenomenon?
