It's that time of year again! Conference planning and call for proposals are out for conferences across the country. The annual COABE conference has recently opened up their call for proposals, asking educators, administrators, coordinators, librarians, and intake staff members to share their best practices and ideas. Conferences are a wonderful way to share your expertise with peers. Have you ever considered submitting a proposal to a conference but hesitated? If so, why?
