Time Magazine: Teachers In America

Friends,

I want to draw your attention to the September Times Magazine article on Teachers in America. All across the country, we are seeing increases in public support of education. However, teachers working multiple jobs outside of their primary role has a ripple effect that we operate our programs. When teachers have multiple outside commitments, how do we deliver effective PD? Aside from the human toll of multiple commitments, how do we effectively reach over-extended educators?

I'l love to hear your thoughts.

Sincerely,
Kathy Tracey

The cover of Time Magazine shows three teachers and points out their hardships in making financial ends meet due to low pay.
