Hello colleagues, What would you say are the most important principles of adult learning that guide your practice? I recently read a list of "tips to engage and inspire adult learners," and I found many of the tips on the list to be in line with my own principles of adult learning.
Christopher Pappas' blog is specific to an online learning context, but for me most of the ideas are relevant to any group of adult learners whether online or face-to-face. Do you agree?
