For your virtual Health Literacy Library: A1C for type 2 diabetes

Dear Colleagues:

MedlinePlus just updated it webpage on A1C, the blood test that measures the average blood glucose level over the past three months.  This test is used for those with type 2 diabetes as well as those at risk for diabetes.  One of the resources, Knowing Your Blood Sugar Numbers, is the only one identified as Easy-to-Read. Considering the large number of people thought to be pre-diabetic (1 in 3 adults in the US, see infographic), it would be helpful to locate more resources that adults can use in class and on their own.  Any ideas?
