ED Announces Call on 72 Rescinded Documents under IDEA and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973

The U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services' Acting Assistant Secretary, Kim Richey, OSEP Acting Director, Ruth Ryder, and RSA Acting Commissioner, Carol Dobak, will host a call to provide further information regarding the announcement on  Friday, October 20, 2017 that 72 guidance documents relating to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 have been rescinded due to being outdated, unnecessary, or ineffective.
