Last year's conference brought together business, workforce, economic development, education, and policy leaders from Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Attendees learned how industries, workforce agencies, educational institutions, community groups, and others can work together to meet employer needs for skilled employees and create opportunities for job-seekers and workers. The conference was extremely well-received. This year's conference will be even better.
