Learning from the U.S. Department of Education's Literacy Information and Communication System

LINCS, or the Literacy Information and Communication System, is an online learning portal from the U.S. Department of Education's, Office of Career, Technical and Adult Education. LINCS serves adult educators, program managers, state policy makers, industry partners, and volunteers, in addressing the needs of adult learners, and their communities.
LINCS offers 14 communities of practice in peer-driven engagement, a resource collection of vetted research, and curriculum, and, a professional development center, providing asynchronous courses for adult educators. This comprehensive, one-stop resource is free to use, and provides access to both policy and practice, from across the U.S.
