USCIS/CIS Ombudsman Updated Resource: Case Assistance Infographic and Translations

The Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (CIS Ombudsman) has released a one-page infographic on how to request case assistance from our office, along with translations in the following 12 languages:

The infographic provides a four-step overview to help you understand how our case assistance process works. You can find it, along with all 12 translated versions, on our Resources page.

Please note that if you want to request case assistance from our office, you must complete DHS Form 7001, Request for Case Assistance, in English as we currently cannot process requests completed in other languages.
