Sabrina Kurtz-Rossi's Bio

Sabrina Kurtz-Rossi, M.Ed., is Assistant Professor of Public Health and Community Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine and Director of the Health Literacy Leadership Institute, an advanced professional development program for literacy educators and health professionals.  She received the Health Literacy Teaching Award from the Association for Prevention Teaching and Research and was honored by the Institute for Healthcare Advancement for her work to establish the International health Literacy Association.  Ms. Kurtz-Rossi is Health Literacy Content Expert for the Teaching Skills that Matter initiative.
