Digital literacy is an essential skill taught in many adult education programs, yet curriculum for ELLs who have very limited English or are unfamiliar with the Roman alphabet is scarce. Ironically, these learners can’t access online programs to learn English because they lack the English fundamentals to log in! This session describes a new curriculum and strategy at Tyson Foods to tackle this challenge across in its national system of AEFLA partnerships.
