Create an Asynchronous Tech Support App for Teachers


How many hours have you spent online looking for the answer to your technology problem? How do you share these online resources with staff in your agency? This session will share the steps taken by Digital ATDN in Connecticut to put together a curated list of tutorial videos that adult education practitioners can access asynchronously to assist and troubleshoot a variety of programs. We will show how users can browse, save videos for easy access, and how to reach a program’s help center and/or contact technical support.
