Online Course: Integrating Technology with Project-Based Learning

The fall session of Integrating Technology with Project-Based Learning from World Education starts Wednesday, October 14, 2015. The course is facilitated by Steve Quann. Course fee: $289.  Register today!

This 8-week course reviews the concepts of project-based learning and guides participants in exploring how they can integrate new and emerging technologies into instruction. Using Web 2.0 tools in project-based learning allows teachers to introduce their classes to problem-solving tasks, enhancing learners’ critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills in the process. These are exactly the 21st century skills adult students need to prepare for college or careers. If you enjoy learning in a collaborative, virtual environment, consider this highly interactive course. Come learn new instructional approaches and technologies, while developing your own project by course end.

Participants in our summer session commented:

"I feel that I now have a very clear understanding of what project-based learning (PBL) is and what it is not."
"I am thrilled to have access to so many great links, tools and resources shared with us throughout the course."
"This has been one of the most enriching things I've done this summer!"
