Hello, All! My name is Chelsea DeLeo, and I am the manager of the Professional Learning Opportunities Project for adult education in Pennsylvania. My team and I are working on developing an equity committee, and I'm hoping I can get some insight from folks who are doing/have done something similar in their programs. Has or is anyone implementing equity action plans, audits, or other initiatives around equity and inclusion at state or local levels? If so, how has this work impacted your learners?
