Having Staff Work Remotetly: Is it working?

Colleagues,

Many of us are working remotely due to the current public health crisis. How is that working for your programs?

I invite you to read the WSJ article about companies rethinking the benefits from working remotely.

Conversely, the Forbes article identifes the benefits of remote working.

I have two questions to discuss:

  • When there is competing information available, how do you follow emerging or promising practices?
  • And, how is your program addressing the challenges of remote working?
  • Finally, will there be any long term changes about how your program is managed as an outcome of the remote learning?

Sincerely,
Kathy Tracey
