Thanks to all those who joined the discussion yesterday regarding the importance of tutoring and mentoring behind and beyond the walls of our prisons and jails. I huge shout out to our student success stories who jumped on the event to share their journeys and the impact that tutoring had on them.
We will be continuing the discussion here and ask anyone who has tutoring or mentoring resources to please post them for the field in this discussion thread.

Tutoring and mentoring can play a vital role in helping those incarcerated and those formerly incacertaed individuals begin the next chapter of their lives. Now all we need to do is imbed this tool into all of our correctional and reentry education work.
