As the Pell Grant door opens for students behind the walls of our prisons, colleges, training providers, and other stakeholders are all scrabbling to figure out what to do to prepare.
For the next several months, and beginning in this Second Chances Month, we will be exploring the issues around the Pell Grant and what you need to know.
